Day 14: 21 Day Meditation Challenge

¡Buenos días! ☺️

Congratulations everyone for making it to 2 weeks! We are now 2/3 of the way through and heading into our last week together. 😜

Today the focus is on Abundance and the Law of Dharma. When your life is full of true purpose (your dharma), abundance rushes towards you easily and effortlessly. As the saying goes: “Do what you love, the money will be.” This refers not only material wealth, but also to satisfaction, confidence, optimism, joy and abundance and all of its manifestations that will come to you if you live your true purpose in life.

Day 14 out of 21 days 🌎

Centering Thought for Today: “There is a way I can fulfill my true purpose in life.”

Meditation: Listen to the audio and repeat the mantra – Audio HERE.

Tasks:

  1. Consider the following three questions and record your thoughts in your notebook:
    1. What brings you the most joy?
    2. How do you feel this joy in your everyday life and in your current work?
    3. How can you approach a life full of joy, by living your Dharma or life’s dream?
    4. Enjoy today noticing the generous gifts you receive from the world that surrounds us.
  2. Watch this short video on The Importance of Overcoming Struggles in Life
  3. Write down 3 cases when you deprived someone of the opportunity to learn or grow. Think of examples such as helping a family member/co-worker, showing your power over a child etc.

With Love 💕
