Meditation:
Listen to the audio and repeat the mantra – Audio HERE.
Task:
Find at least 5 receipts of purchases you have recently made. On each of these receipts, please write the following phrase: “All that is invested is good and will return to itself seven times”
These receipts can be any type: supermarket, restaurant, personal items, your new car, insurance, mortgage, holiday, hairdresser, entertainment, etc. If your receipts are electronic, you may create a paper receipt by writing the amount, the date and the vendor you paid on a piece of paper.
And importantly, from this moment forwards, do the same for each receipt that you receive. Remember that not only is what you write important , but also how you write it. Words have power. They help our mind to build new programming and, through this, they create a new reality.
